What type of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% premium virgin and raw human hair, sourced to maintain its natural integrity. Our bundles are soft, full, and reusable with proper care.

Is the hair ready to install upon arrival?

Yes! All hair is clean and ready for use. However, we recommend co-washing before installation to enhance softness and shine.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our virgin hair can last up to two to three years. Our raw hair can last three to five years. Longevity depends on maintenance, installation method, and styling habits.

Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

Absolutely. Our hair can be colored, bleached, and heat styled — just like your natural hair. Our virgin hair can be bleached up to #27 and our raw hair can be bleached to 613. We recommend using a professional stylist for chemical processing to avoid damage.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking info is sent via email once your order has shipped. Check your spam and junk folders as these notifications are sometimes filtered from your inbox.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives incorrect?

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@purehairemporium.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I make changes to my order?

At Pure Hair Emporium, we encourage you to review your order details carefully before submitting. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’ll do our best to assist.

If you need to request a change after placing your order, please email us with your order number within 4 to 8 hours of purchase. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes.

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

Bundles are measured by weight (approximately 3.5 oz or 100g each). Shorter lengths contain more hair on the weft, making them naturally fuller. As the length increases, the weft becomes shorter, so longer lengths require more bundles to achieve the same fullness. The longer the length, the less hair there will be per bundle.

For a natural-looking install, we recommend:

12”–16”: 2 bundles

18”–24”: 3 bundles

26” and longer: 4 bundles

The fuller you want your look, the more bundles you may need.

How should I care for my hair extensions?

Treat your hair as you would your own:

Gently wash with sulfate-free shampoo

Condition regularly

Air dry when possible

Use heat protectant when styling

Avoid excessive heat or product buildup

For longevity, always brush from ends to roots and store hair in a satin or silk bag when not in use.

What are your shipping and delivery options?

Your order  will ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and service availability. For security, a signature may be required upon delivery. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your confirmation. You can use the tracking link to follow your package, update delivery instructions, or reschedule if needed.
